Can you believe that we are only 365 days away from the start of the 90th Texas Legislative Session (which begins on January 12, 2027)? That means we are only 365 days away from the start our next Legislative Session making 2026 a year when plans are happening for the introduction of new bills that may be considered in the next legislative session. So we have no time to waste! This year will go by before you know it!
You ever wonder how you can personally contribute to the advocacy efforts taking place at both local and state levels? Wanting things to change for individuals with disabilities in Texas but just didn’t know how to go about it?
If you did not already know, I am now serving on the Board of Directors for The Arc of DFW Area who happen to have a FREE solution for you in answer to these questions!
